Nperera Photography is a New Zealand-based landscape photography business operated by Nirmal Perera. We specialize in fine art prints of New Zealand landscapes and nature photography.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. All prints are produced using high-quality archival materials.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

3.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your shipping address:

• New Zealand: Free standard shipping
• International: $40 NZD standard shipping

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Incomplete or incorrect information

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before we process and ship your order.

4.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Times

Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

• New Zealand: 5-7 business days
• International: 10-21 business days (varies by country)

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping, but we will assist with insurance claims if applicable.

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In original condition and packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nperera Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
